New Orleans, LA (June, 2017) – Beignet Fest is proud to roll out its first official line of merchandise in partnership with NOLA T-Shirt of the Month Club. Tees for men, women and children are now available online at www.beignetfest.com. Even more designs will be available at the festival, which is set for Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Festival Grounds at City Park from 10AM to 6PM.

“So many people asked us about t-shirts last year, so we knew we needed to have something this year. With their innovative designs and can-do attitude, NOLA T-shirt of the Month Club was a perfect fit,” said Sherwood Collins.

When looking for a company to produce its merchandise for the 2nd Annual Beignet Fest, Founders Amy and Sherwood Collins looked to another husband and wife team making their mark in the New Orleans community. Jackie and John Abston created NOLA T-shirt of the Month Club, and have quickly developed a following of almost 20,000 followers on Facebook.

“We were thrilled to have this opportunity to showcase some great designs for Beignet Fest and to help such a wonderful cause.” said NOLA T-shirt of the Month Club Owner Jackie Abston. “We can’t wait to showcase the merchandise at the festival.”

Amy and Sherwood Collins created Beignet Fest and the Tres Doux Foundation with a mission to celebrate, embrace and enhance the lives of children with developmental delays and disabilities by presenting them as whole beings, and to support organizations that do the same.

This year’s festival has a larger footprint at the Festival Grounds at City Park that will accommodate more vendors and attendees than last year. The festival will be taking food vendor applications through the end of the summer and will announce a complete menu of offerings closer to the event. Amy and Sherwood estimate between 15,000-20,000 revelers will attend the 2nd Annual Beignet Fest.

Once again Ochsner Hospital for Children will present the kid’s village – complete with sensory friendly activities, as well as fun for all children. Other Beignet Fest sponsors include French Market Coffee, Gambel Communications, Deep Fried Advertising, New Orleans Coffee & Beignet Company, The New Orleans Advocate, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Co., River Parish Disposal, and New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation.
