#5. Megan Barnes Art - I create brightly colored paintings using a technique called Reverse Glass Painting. Which, means that I paint in reverse-order on the back of the glass so that the painting shows through the front. I like to leave some space around my paintings so that they appear to be floating inside the frame, it really helps them pop. I enjoy portraying the unique details of the city and I'm very inspired by the gorgeous architecture we have in New Orleans. I also love to paint custom "House Portraits" (which make awesome personalized gifts!)
